Captain Charlie Simon was born in San Francisco, California. As well as circumnavigating, he has also sailed around the USA coasts from Alaska to Nova Scotia, Canada via the Panama Canal. Charlie is now focused on encouraging sailing and sharing his knowledge, while supporting sailing organizations at all levels.
